Description
Tomo and Yomi are, like, hippies… man!
Continuing with the Azumanga Daioh girls through the decades series, here’s the dynamic duo of Tomo and Yomi in the very late 1960s.It’s no surprise that Tomo is thinking about only herself yet again. I was originally going to give Yomi an obnoxious pattern on her blouse but I didn’t want it to be too busy… not to mention the swirl patterns baffle my ability to duplicate them. But at least I got Tomo back into a tube-top.
The girls were drawn separately, “inked” with a black Prisma-color pencil and composited in Photoshop where they were colored and shaded. Azumange Daioh and associated characters created by K. Azuma, drawing by the Captain.
